The staff secured a rental car within an hour of my request, despite the holiday period. I found this very efficient. the facilities felt exclusive since it was the off-season. The pools were particularly gorgeous. the hotel also maintains itself well.

the pump bottles for toiletries did not function properly.

The service was friendly. All staff were very helpful to me. pandiyan at the serai pool provided really good attention. He anticipated my every need. i would also mention david in the restaurant bar area. His service was helpful.

I was really hoping for a great experience, but i left feeling a bit let down. the food really wasn't anything special, especially considering the price. also the service wasn't always great. Sometimes the staff seemed rushed. it was just a little disappointing, given the hotel's reputation.

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to access all the equipment.

we stayed in a beautiful club room. zoni kept the room spotlessly clean. the pool areas were beautifully maintained. pandiyan looked after us, bringing fruit kebabs and water.

i found no interior lock on the door , which reminded me of a security concern. anyone with keycard access could enter. even with the 'do not disturb' sign displayed. the shower was excellent. yet the pump bottles for toiletries did not function properly.
